A 1 hour Outdoor Boot Camp Workout at historical location of Fort Canning. We workout as a Team, doesn’t matter, whether you are season runners or never done any or just started to pick up exercises or preparing for your IPPT. We exercise, we trained and we take and took parts in obstacles races like Warrior’s Trail, Spartans Race in Malaysia & Singapore and local fun runs if you are up for it.
