A 1 hour Outdoor Boot Camp Workout at historical location of Fort Canning. We workout as a Team, doesn’t matter, whether you are season runners or never done any or just started to pick up exercises or preparing for your IPPT. We exercise, we trained and we take and took parts in obstacles races like Warrior’s Trail, Spartans Race in Malaysia & Singapore and local fun runs if you are up for it.

  1. Our workout help you to build up your stamina, strength, endurance, co-ordination, agility and engagingly challenging.

  2. The workout regime is designed to suit your age categories and level of fitness.

  3. Take a ride with us, challenge yourself to our variation of workout from HIT to few names like Spartans Regime, Sergeant Drills, The Battles 500, Tabata’s and many more.
